Terms of Service

1. What we provide

SEO Mighty sells link placements on a portfolio of websites that we own and operate. We are the publisher. There is no third-party publisher involved in a Phase 1 order.

2. Orders and pricing

A listed price is an invitation to treat. An order becomes binding when we accept it, or when you accept a counter-offer from us, at which point the agreed price is fixed.

3. Payment

Invoices are issued through Xero. Work begins when an invoice is paid, except for accounts we have placed on net terms, which begin on acceptance and are invoiced in parallel. We do not process card payments and we hold no balance on your behalf.

4. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or any specific SEO outcome. We promise a placement on the site described, a live URL, and monitoring for the stated guarantee period.

5. Disclosure

Paid placements may carry a rel="sponsored" attribute. The link type for each site is stated before you order.

6. Guarantee

If a placed link becomes unavailable within the guarantee window stated on the listing, we will restore it or place an equivalent link on the same domain. Where we cannot, we will issue a credit note.

7. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled by either party before work starts. Cancelling a paid order voids the payment record here and is resolved by a Xero credit note.
