Refund Policy

Before publication

If we accept an order and then cannot fulfil it, we cancel the order and issue a full credit note.

After publication

A placement is delivered when the live URL is provided and verification passes. If verification fails and we cannot correct it, we issue a credit note.

Guarantee claims

If a link becomes unavailable within its guarantee window, our first remedy is restoration or an equivalent placement on the same domain. Where neither is possible, we issue a credit note.

How credits are issued

All credits are issued as Xero credit notes against the original invoice. This application does not process payments or refunds.
